GLAD you chimed in!!! YOU are the proof and example of "targeted" exercise. You didn't get them body parts from rubber bands and injections, did 'ya?

I set a shitty example now a days but I learned it many years ago. $50 - $100 is all you really need and TIME! Time and initiative are the commodities that are in short supply sometimes.
