Audit= determines if all ballots are legit

The "audit in question did both" what cbs reported was that the recount showed biden won, not anything about the validity of the ballots cast

It's better not to even agrue about this because it's pointless

All faith in our system would crumble and quite frankly, there would be a good chance it would destroy this country beyond d repair. Maybe that's why biden keeps saying , our biggest threat is from within?

I don't believe that at all.

There would be people from both sides that would want something done. I for one vote for the best I feel from either party. I am not like a lot that vote a straight party ticket just because. That is why we have what we have. They said there has never been a election without any fraud ever. They said this was a typical election.

I liked John McCain. I voted for Ron Reagan in 1980. I voted for Old Man Bush. I have been voting since 1971. It wasn't all one party on any elections that I casted my vote. What I have seen in the last five years, it would take a lot for me to cross party lines. What the congressmen and senators said since the election and then changed their mind after the riot, WOW, it’s going to be a while for me to cross party lines. Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell said one thing then after there were people that got beat up or killed they changed their tone.

John McCain and Arlen Specter voted what they thought were right, not party. That is why a lot of GOP people hated them. Joe Manchin is a democrat that is doing the same thing. I stand by him. Vote what he thinks is the right thing to do. The way it is now 100 Senators, they need to get rid of all but 3 from each party. Three being in case there is a tie. They pretty much all vote party lines.

They have 435 representatives in the house. They need to do the same there. Pretty much they all vote party lines from both sides. Get rid of the waste.

I am positive when Hillary lost from Electoral vote but won the popular vote the GOP would have abolished the Electoral vote. They would have said it is unconstitutional. No doubt in my mind.

I am thoroughly shocked, yet not surprised, at the product that was delivered to the people of Arizona by the hands of Adrian Fontes regarding the 2020 General election. Although the raw numbers of votes show a similar outcome to the official canvass. The important outcome is that the votes that were counted could be trusted as actual and true voter submissions, according to Arizona State law.
However, what we learned today that there was a myriad of issues with the counting process that undermine the confidence in the true and accurate count of this election. The election system simply does not balance. Some of the issues that jump out immediately to me are as follows:
• Deleted / purged files - The timing and deletion of files the day before the 2/2/21 audit. Maricopa county purged the machine records the day before the audit started. Many .exe and .dll files (approximately 1500) were either deleted or modified.
• No security or credential management. There were shared accounts and passwords which made the identification of those deleting or purging files difficult, but not impossible.
• Duplicates ballots were grossly mismanaged, and our laws were broken regarding this important part of our election process.
• Chain of custody was not accurately kept, making it impossible who touched what and when.
• Envelopes without signatures, images of ballot envelopes with an apparent approval stamp behind the basic graphics of the envelop, suggesting tampering.
• Connectivity to the internet has been established, in violation of Arizona law and contrary to what we have been told about the system.
• Sloppy caretaking of ballots, missing batches in boxes, batches in boxes not listed on the box or county list.
These are just a few of the many issues brought up today and necessitate a dramatic change in the way we oversee our elections, and how we hold those accountable who have broken our laws. Most importantly, whenever there is malfeasance and skullduggery, we must both nullify that election and repeat it with one more securely conducted, and we must move forward with indictments of hose who perpetrated this fraud against us.

Arizona Senate Republicans issued the results of the independent ballot audit they conducted of the 2020 presidential and U.S. Senate election in Maricopa County Friday during a presentation, showing findings that numerous election laws were broken and security measures breached.

One of the most startling findings came from Ben Cotton, the founder of CyFIR. He said hundreds of thousands of election files — which the Maricopa County Supervisors refused to allow the auditors to examine — were deleted the day before the audit began, a violation of federal law which requires federal election records to be retained for 22 months. Although the name of the account that deleted them was not tied to a specific election worker, Cotton said there is video of the person who accessed those servers at that time.

Cotton said the flaws in security were so serious that the voting machines could have been hacked within minutes. “The vulnerabilities that exist on these systems would take an average script kitty less than ten minutes to get access to these systems,” Cotton said. “Our election systems were not secured, I assure you.”

The audit report consisted of an analysis of voters’ signatures on mail-in ballot envelopes, a report from Cyber Ninjas focusing on duplicate ballots and extra ballots, CyFIR’s report on security problems, the results of the ballot hand count, and an analysis of which laws were broken.
