My experience has been $40 for L1 with over the clothes is the norm. Sometimes the ladies will like you and allow more and sometimes they know that will get you to finish quicker so they let you go further.

As mentioned above, a couple of them are cute but most look better with the mask, like Michelle imo.

I never negotiate for L1, if they don't think it's enough then I'll pass and give then $10 when I leave.

If they do not think it's enough I would leave and give them Nothing. But I always go mainly to independent girls that give me full service and I pay at the end.
