Yes I am talking of HVAC. Every time I visit a supply house, I am hearing from fellow contractors and the guys behind the counter of a lack of people who want to work.I was talking to the co-owners last evening, the guy who runs the installation side told me that he desparately needs a guy who knows what he is doing.They have been through quite a few "trainees" in the past year and a half.
