So this administration is even more progressive than the Obama presidency.

Equity of Outcomes has replaced Equality of Opportunity in the rhetoric of the dy.

I can't wait for the progressive equity of outcomes concept to affect The Hobby. Either a means-tested Monger subsidy to level the playing field or support for registered Providers might work. Maybe both.

Anyway, the goal is to make it possible for registered Hobbyists to be able to access the Provider of their choice regardless of the published donation. A little like the way college tuitions are handled now. . . ., where the tuition is guaranteed to the colleges no matter how high it is. Only instead of a life-crippling loan it would be a grant that needn't be repaid.

What you're seeing is simply a call to eliminate the middle class and the establishment of neo-feudalism. Granted, most involved don't understand the logical outcome... they are just part of the "free shit army" which has been recruiting since the rise of the Roman Empire. The 1%'ers won't get touched...they have CPA staffs to avoid taxes and are powerful enough to buy politicians. The FSA doesn't pay anything anyway... so they will impoverish the middle class and it has the dual benefit of making it hard to escape the shackles of poverty too.

So the Corporate over-seers will cooperate with the government (Mussolini called that Fascism) to prevent any dissent and to control the populace. It's digital blood and circuses for the citizens while the aristocracy enjoy the benefits of their "birthright".

It's the logical arc of the big picture. Republics do not last because they encourage an influx of external influences that do not share the moral and ideological foundations of those that established the Republic. Diversity is a strength only if your goal is destruction of the nation.

corporatism is another form of fascism. the difference between the two is slight. corporations are equal partners with the state.
