Sigh... Of course there are more whites on welfare than blacks. There are more whites than blacks. All things being equal that's exactly what you'd expect to find based on overall percentages.
What you wouldn't expect to find is that 1-4 Ethnics is on welfare, while 1-13 whites are. Well you wouldn't expect that if you knew nothing about the races... you would expect that when you consider
It's not that ethnics are lazy, it's just on average they're not as smart. If you intersect that graph at IQ 85 (Average for blacks and borderline unqualified to be in the Armed Forces). You can see the percentages of public assistance virtually perfectly represented by the areas to the left... those are the folks that need public assistance.
Maybe Margret Sanger was on to something...
