some try to claim this is 13/56 but i'd find it hard to believe the bulk of black females are involved in homicides. so it's really 6/56 but it's even worse as most black men aren't involved in homicides either. so let's say half as a high water mark .. that makes it 3/56.

It's funny that Whites can accept that genetics plays a large part in development on positive aspects of human development but never negative aspects.
