I heard one excuse. If anybody thinks they got away with their crime and they see their face on TV, they will say "Ah Shit, they know who I am and flee the country"........ on a trespassing charge, which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but now, it can land you in solitary confinement for 5, 6 months, no bail.

Waco, I didn't say FBI either gathered or hold. If, they have evidence not yet disclosed, prosecutors MAY us that evidence for future charges. Not unusual to add additional charges as an investigation proceeds. I never said ex-president Trump or another impeachment.
