Every state should have as tough gun laws to buy them like NY does. Any lawful gun owner doesn't have a problem with a background check. Make it the same in every state to be able to purchase guns. If you can't pass the check, then you don't get a gun. In buffalo alot of the street guns are coming from Ohio. Easy to buy and then drive back and resell them for triple the profit.
