Have you ever used return and refund services for purchased goods through Amazon, Apple? How it works? What difficulties may arise?

I have Amazon not apple, I return a chainsaw saw gear there sent a shtil in stead of poulan I have a poulan saw. So I hit on refund gave me a barcodes went to a ups store asap. There scan barcode and produce lable. With in a few hours my CC was refunded. It depends on what it is and account if get inspection or not. Gasoline power equipment parts guss Not.

Yes it went wrong screen it made error order the cheeper one trying to 59cents. I reorder the poulan sprocket and drive.

It depends on who shipped it, if shipped by Amazon everything everyone already said applies, but if it's shipped by a third party vendor and they used Fedex, you have to ship it back to that vendor using Fedex (Amazon can send you a shipping label you need to print out or have the shipper send you one) you have to wait until the shipper gets the return package before they will refund you, (the third party vendor) just had this happen recently.
