Talking about busted, let’s make up a scenario here
If the guy were doing a session and undercover goes in the shop and take action. Is the guy free of charge ? I mean, most likely he is just doing a normal massage over there considering the time spent on massage vs extras.

It ain’t illegal to get a HJ or FS, paying for it is. You didn’t present a clearer what if. If UCLE doesn’t hear soliciting for extras or see money for extras being exchanged he has no evidence, for all he knows these are two consenting adults enjoying each other‘s company. Admin’s might move this thread over to sandbox IMO.

An undercover wouldn’t necessarily take action since he would blow his cover, no pun intended, his job is to go in, take a session with the girl being investigated to see if she offers him any extras for pay, he would obviously decline and pass that information to other officers that would then proceed with conducting a raid, this undercover or another undercover would also have to go in to further build the case to see if this girl/shop is consistently offering more than a massage, they don’t go after just one incident , a lot goes on behind the scenes before a raid is actually conducted.

Still would not want to be on the table when they come in for the bust. I don’t see them letting customers just get dressed and leave.

They would probably check you got warrants & let you go. As far as undercover only inquiring or having extras offered, I know for a fact where they have gone as far as too revive service prior too making a bust at a later date.

If I am ever getting a massage and the police come in I am going to act like they are interrupting my perfectly legal massage. Because they are. I don't think it would be helpful to act like a scared little bitch.

That’s why I prefer a private studio/apt to spa
You always take the risk during the session in spa
Place like Lucky T makes me nervous as it’s so well known I wish they could do outcall

That is exactly what I did. Mostly because all I was receiving was a legit, no funny business massage. it wasnt a raid but a health and certificate inspection with on-duty Harris County deputies. I just happened to be on the table.
I didn't even know it was going on at the time and my gal left the room a few times until she didn't come back in and left me laying there without any explanation. I had heard walkie-talkies in the hallway but I thought it might have contractors working on the other half of the building (they were doing some remodeling next door). Finally got annoyed and got dressed to find all the gals looking unhappy in the front lobby. I just strolled on by like nothing because I was not doing anything.
One deputy stops me outside the door. Told me they were just doing a license check and asked if I had had a foot massage or body massage. I answered a body massage. Then asked if the girl had used oil or not and I said yes. He thanked me and I left. I do not know if using oil or not makes a difference in the services they can offer. I do know if the word Massage is used on advertising, the health department is more stringent than just Reflexology or Foot Spa word usage. But I had nothing to hide so I didnt act like I did.
That was that.

if you are in a licensed shop, then technically any sexual activity is against Texas state law for licensed massage establishments, paid or not. if you are anywhere else, then it depends on the circumstances. of course, they would have to catch you in the act.

undercovers have recording devices and/or transmitters. they sometimes will take action on the first time by signaling their buddies and he still looks like a customer.

this too. some of them will receive service. they will also use confidential informants who will get serviced. totally against the law, but they can break the law to enforce it.

if you are arrested, yes. if you are just id'ed and questioned and the news retards are outside, head out the back door.

this. oil or lotion makes no difference. those were just bullshit questions to get you to unintentionally cough up any extra information. they really shouldn't be such assholes and fuck up a paying customer's massage. there are actual state inspectors (usually just one or two shows up). hpd also seems to enjoy harassing the shops while using the name of the tdlr in vain.

I walked into one while walkie talkies were in the lobby. (The front door was wide open -- I should have known... I had a feeling) This was years ago btw. I started to go back out, but Mr. Donut stopped me to get my name. Nothing came of it. I thought a letter in the mail or something would show up, probably with a flyer about sex trafficing, but nada.
Technically, you aren't driving when walking into one of these places, nor while being serviced (in any sense of the word), so if you didn't have ID on you, there's nothing wrong with that. We aren't required to carry ID 24/7.... yet....
So if you want to be "safe" from OP's scenario, I suppose you could leave your wallet locked in the car, and just bring the cash you intend to pay with.
