Well, good luck with that approach. Nearly all of the providers will demand donation before deed. I'd never do an oc to my house, but to those risking it, this approach is worse. Yeah, she'll walk out the door, but you may find your house or property on it damaged when you least expect it, or suffer other negative consequences. Even at a hotel or her place, you have a risk of muscle being close by, unpleasant scenes developing, etc. Unfortunately, we really have little power in this game.
