Yes, it was a travesty. Yes, Chauvin was exceedingly reckless and deserves to be punished, although we can reasonably disagree to what extent. But how big of a deal was it in the scheme of things? Well, not big enough so that CNN and MSNBC should have been covering it 10 hours a day, every day, for what seems like weeks. BLM could provide much more benefit to society if it concentrated more on changes in education, health care, and the criminal justice system that would improve the lives of millions of black Americans. Instead it's micro-focused on the 250 black lives lost at the hands of police annually. Yeah, we should be working to bring down actual cases of abuse, like George Floyd. However people need to think about the bigger picture.

You're delusional. Have you watched the film in real time or do you have Quicksilver speed? The pistol was the right call. The torso was the right call. Have you even watched the vid?

Remember the black guy who was shot and paralyzed in Wisconsin? Was shot with a taser and pulled it out. Continued to fight with the police. He reached for a knife. Cops finally shot him. Problem solved.

Like I said before, as a kid, if we were fighting and two cop cars would pull up, half would take off and the other half freeze. These kids continued to fight, with one guy kicking a girls head with a gun going off right by his head.

I'd like to see a read out of the living conditions there and how many times the cops had been called.
