I schedule 30 minute appointments for first-time meets because 3 out of 4 times, the disinterested provider is asking me if I am ready to finish after only 10 minutes regardless of how much time I've paid for.

If I'm not rushed out the door and actually leave without regret following the first appointment, I am happy to schedule considerably longer follow-up appointments.
