Pretty soon they'll be up to 300hr and 220 a hhr. Pretty much indie and hotdreamselect rates.Who knows what they'll be a year from now. I say we all just boycott them and stick with the AMPs for now and see what happens. If the rumors are true, I heard some other spas will be opening up soon. I heard Smile Spa relocated from OKC to Dallas in another thread. Can anyone validate this?

I agree Strut. However the shills on this board will have you believe the donation is worth it and we should all rejoice at the talent level to donation ratio.

Although the girls may be a bit younger but no increase in services. Much to the contrary the rates are inverse to service levels. But of course some here will raise hell to my calling out the obvious. Mainly because they detest free speech and transparency.

Market dynamics drive the rate not the shills. Keep that in mind. I’m not donating above 260 an hour for an agency / studio girl. Price has already increased 30% in the past year. Has your paycheck or inflation increased that much recently?

It's just too bad because some of my favorites are working the agencies right now, and with these new rates, I'll just be inclined to stay away. It all started when that hot thai girl with less service came to K-festival from Los Angeles and arbitrarily started making her own rates. Of course this is gonna open a can of worms and piss the other girls off, and I don't blame them. If that's the case, the girls from los angeles can just stay there I say. If only Pearls would get thier act together and attract some real talent. Its a shame that such a nice facility can be so lacking.

No one wants to pay more but as BB said there are market dynamics in play here. One of them is supply and demand. How many providers have left since last Spring? Travel is restricted and the ability of new talent to come in from out of the country is practically nil. Even though the number of shops has dropped there still aren't enough providers to fill the spots. The girls I know are tired. They don't get breaks until they're forced because of illness or exhaustion.

Is it any wonder the women want a little more? Bad for us but I think it's understandable given the circumstances. I'll still look for "deals" at AMPs but more often than ever the ones I want to see are already busy.

For me, this is a luxury and I'm not sure if I can draw a line and say for example, that $260 is fair but $280 is a rip off. At some point the additional of another $20 is the straw that broke the camel's back but my camel's back is a little stronger. Especially when I've more than once gambled on a bargain and regretted it.

My hope is that there will be honest reviews to make the money well spent unlike the situation BB describes where the price doesn't match the service.

Hoping that the vaccine makes things normal, travel becomes possible, and this situation stabilizes.

I saw Thai Jasmine when she was here. Sweet, Hot, Young thing that was probably worth $350 a session. As I look to the Indies, The Redtable Girls, and Rub ratings, I would agree that they are priced out of the market being greater than $280. The Quality, the looks, the services, the place that you go to is top notch. KFest (my opinion) is worth the $280 because they are not seeing as many as they would in a spa setting.

People drop out, higher clients drop in, so its a win-win for them because they make the same and fuck less. I just hope they keep bringing the 20-30 year old hotties in from CA or where ever.

Patience man... Over the past 3 or so months look at home many girls have joined the fray at Luxury and Sun. I was told by a Cali girl that Dallas is her bread and butter. With things reopening we can hope for an influx of talent.

I am not convinced that the Studios have even thought this through.
I really do not know how busy they are but I made the decision to visit the Studios less because of the new price point. If there is a gal I really want to see I will but since they opened up the Studio scene with the 2.6 pricing I have visited less that a half dozen times.
I will stick with the spas and the hunt of the illusive massage girl willing to do more.
2.6 is too high for this market. Hopefully more spas will open and drive this back to normal.

I was an HDS customer for years and didn't mind the $300 price tag, BUT of the dozens of girls I saw there over the years I can't remember any of them that couldn't pass for early thirties and most could easily pass as mid-twenties although I always knew better.

Comparing the looks, service and price point when HDS was the only non AMP K-Girl action in town I never had a problem with their rates.

Fast forward to today and "most" of the KAAMPs have girls, err women who are quite obviously north of 40, some WAY north. lol Personally, I don't care how great the service is, I am NOT paying $300 hr to fuck a woman who is most likely a LOT closer to 50 than to 40 and who I would be embarrassed to be seen with in public.

I think the market will decide whether or not these rates will hold. Speaking strictly for myself, I don't mind paying slightly higher rates if the quality of the girls matches the rates, but I am NOT going to pay $300 hr to fuck an "auntie" who should be working at an AMP for $160 hr.

In reference to posting #3.

For your information, The Northwest Hwy AMP compound has had some recent construction activity going on.

On a recent drive by going to work at DFW, I saw 4 construction trucks in the parking lot and about 10 workers in and out of the buildings.

this could be anything, but I also have been told by a reliable source that a few more new spas will soon open up.

The LE heat has lifted up with the female DPD Chief now gone and the new Chief is overloaded with his officers involved with murder hit on some people and the overall rise in crime in our city.

Take it for what it is worth. from a reliable spa manager.

We can only hope.
