Biden under fire for comments on human rights abuse in China

Joe Biden is under fire for saying China has “different norms” while discussing Beijing’s human rights abuse. On Tuesday, he seemed to downplay the aggression in Hong Kong as well as the persecution of Uighur Muslims by saying there are “different norms for different countries.”
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called out Biden for engaging in Chinese propaganda while noting he’s trying to rationalize what should be labeled as a genocide.
Other political figures such as Boris Epshteyn, a former strategic adviser for President Trump, called Biden’s comments horrible. Epshteyn said Biden continues to disguise it as cultural differences.
Meanwhile, the White House issued multiple statements asserting the administration will hold Beijing accountable for it’s abuses.

What China's doing is certainly genocide, but I actually agree with him for once, and it's startling to see a leftist say it - different norms for different countries.

For far too long we've gone around trying to impose our will and our way of life on folks. That shit needs to stop. Let the middle east go bang rocks together, let the chinese go snort powdered tiger dong because they think it works like viagra. It's none of our goddamn business.

some issues i differ with OANN - but in general - it is much more accurate in its' reporting than teh NY Crimes or teh rest of teh LSM.

it is good to see different opinions - and not participate in teh 'cancel culture' response to anything with which One disagreed - as do the DPST/ccpers.
