It is assault to try and force unwanted BDSM on to someone
and yes I do have this person's information if I need to report it to a moderator or any of the ladies
Everyone have a good day and thanks for your time

Both of you are wrong!
He is wrong for not being clear upfront about what he expected. However, in this hobby there is a lot unknown for a first visit.
You are wrong for accepting a deposit, then you refused to return the deposit when the arrangement was not what either of you wanted.
Return the money, it is not worth even writing about. Keeping it is theft, and most guys would agree. Thus, most guys will refuse to see you. It doesn't matter is you are good-looking: no guy wants to put up with a thief.
Things like this is why on one should ask for, nor receive an upfront deposit. Paying a small retainer for a face to face private meeting in an out of the way cafe could help both parties discuss what is expected, and available. That type of meeting allows the guy to walk away if the lady shows herself to be a threat, or unsafe: the same applies to the lady.
