You would have to prove they were in your county or city for them to take a complaint. Even when you do, they might not do anything. I know a woman who turned in someone. They had a felony warrant from a neighboring county. She gave the legal name of the wanted person, address they were living , their car tag, where they worked and name of the individual who was harboring the felon. The county she notified wouldn't serve the warrant because the issuing county, wouldn't drive 30 min. to extradite. They were in the same state.

Tell them they have drugs and are dealing. Boom goes the door.

The same thing happened to me almost 2 Saturdays ago. Only it happened while I was at work. I blocked the number after receiving a lengthy text about wasting their time, then sending me multiple images of people being dismembered and threatening me to pay them in 30 mins. I didn't though.
