I work for census and had to pull string and get are are to $14.50 but 11 years ago in detroit I made $16.00
Some seasonal post workers make the old federal minwage of $12.00
Mostly seasonal workers in parks, The blind milliary which is hourly because there not real military makes at federal minwage. The jobs have to go though hoops to get no. Many contactors take money pay workers very little only if there can be cought.

GS Scale positions with a grade of 5 or less pay under 15/hour. So there’s a lot of federal employee positions that would get a raise by making 15/hour.
