Barranquilla vs Medellin

I’m an experienced traveler but never been to Colombia. I am trying to decide between Barranquilla and Medellin. I may end up doing both but I’m only going to be there for about 5 or 6 days. I’ve heard about hotel M in Medellin. Where would you recommend staying in Barranquilla? I know very little Spanish. Are either of those locations better for someone who speaks primarily English?

Medellin is a wonderfull place!!!!!!!. I am Mexican and for me It is not expensive at all. You will see cute girl everywhere !!!!.Dozen of venezuelan ladies are looking for some bucks you will find them in places like "botero square". Search on web pages escorts that do "Domicilios". (ladies that have her "place"). I intercourse one venezuelan girl (18 or 19) for 30 us dollars.The same lady will cost you at least 200us dollars per hour in Mexico. I highly recommend you visit web pages than pick it up one on bars or street . They are so preetty and some are very crooked and not honest. They like to use on clients one drug called "escopolamina"or scopolamine. If you take that drug the hooker take all the money. Try to find some info of this drug.
Baranquilla??? (I have never been there) but MUST BE MUCH MUCH expensive for sure. In the front desk of any hotel there are very capable guys that speaks a very good english (not like mine). Been to both, Baranquilla a small town. Didn't ask for pricing, went with my lady at the time.

Hotel M is nice if you plan on just staying in hotel. They bring ladies to you every day. Touristy part of Medellin, and pricey. There are casas in Medellin where similar girls are a fraction of the price. But it helps if you speak some spanish for cab driver to drop you off. He will wait with you since the casas have a lounge area.

Baranquilla is not worth it as a sex tourism destination. It is a small beach town. There are bars with girls, and of course you can meet girls online through Facebook or Seeking or whatever social app you choose. But there's not much of a street scene. They have some casas like in Medellin, but I don't know the status right now.

I guess it really depends on what you are looking for in a trip there. if you do some advance work and set up meetings with girls from the internet, you'll probably have a good time.

Baranquilla doesn't have a huge tourist economy (at least not as far as gringos), so the inability to speak Spanish may complicate things.

The best thing about Baranquilla is Shakira, lol

Barranquilla and not Cartegena? I haven't been since lash year but I've been keeping tabs on social media and live streams. Cartegena is still popping. Although I bet the prices are still higher than Medellin. For the most part since cartegena is such a tourist spot. Lots of english speakers and broken english. Use dating apps especially Tinder. And goto the clock tower. They're everywhere. Clubs and just standing around
