Dummy. Are you really that slow. I wrote the kind of ignorance that Trump stands up and says time and again. It was sarcasm. HF you truly are disappointing me dude. You’re usually a smarter than that. I was poking fun through using Trump and Trumpy talk. I expect dumbness from Wimp D, Corny, Dilly and Oeb. Usually at least you and Levy can put words together in a sentence. But man, I’m starting to worry that gave you more credit than deserved.
Let me help you though. Biden Won amongst educated people of both genders and all races/ethnicities. Trump won amongst uneducated white males. That oughta tell you something.

Oh! So now it was sarcasm. Took you awhile to get to that. Your a funny guy. Let me make a note for future reference. When I want to convey sarcasm, I'll start my sentence with "some people said"
HF you truly are disappointing me dude.
Stop, you are upsetting me. Good thing we aren't on a college campus, I could have you expelled for violating my space.
You’re usually a smarter than that.
But when I challenge you, point out the flaws in your argument, suddenly I'm not as smart as I once was. You have a funny way of judging people's smartness. They are smart until they disagree with you, take a different stance than you, then they become dumb when they don't agree with you.
I was poking fun through using Trump and Trumpy talk.
Oh! Poking fun! Why didn't you say that first, then it would have made perfect sense except for the part where you insinuate that Trump and people who voted for Trump, agree and say when asked, that they are less educated and not very smart. Oh wait, I forgot, that was sarcasm, you were just having a bit of fun. My bad.
I expect dumbness from Wimp D, Corny, Dilly and Oeb.
Come on man! You expect dumbness from anybody and everybody that disagrees with you. You can be honest about that, can't you?
Usually at least you and Levy can put words together in a sentence.
Well, I have to admit, I did not take a college course in sentence structure but I'm pretty sure people can understand what I'm saying.
But man, I’m starting to worry that gave you more credit than deserved.
Well, I never gave you any credit from the first post I read of yours. Just another angry Progressive, mad at the world, can't have a civil conversation without vulgarity and name calling. Doesn't really give the impression of an educated man who must be crude to make a point. Who has to belittle people just like Trump. Who has to boast of his education JUST LIKE TRUMP. Has to be crude and call people names. Has to prove he is the smartest guy in the room and then obviously fails miserably because nobody comes away thinking that.
Let me help you though. Biden Won amongst educated people of both genders and all races/ethnicities. Trump won amongst uneducated white males. That oughta tell you something.

I've seen enough interviews with so called "educated people" to know that while they may be book smart in their chosen profession, doesn't mean they know squat about our laws, our Constitution, how the SC works, how the Congress works.
Because one has a degree in Gender Studies or Russian Poets, doesn't mean they know anything beyond those subjects. I've seen to many quotes from so called "academics" to put them on some pedestal of higher education.
Blacks love to stress how the Democrats could not win without their votes and that is undoubtedly true and yet Blacks with degrees are a small part of the Democrat party. Does that make them dumb? It does not but it does make them fall into the category that you love to talk about so mush, the less educated category. This means that a very large part of the Democrat party is represented by people without degrees. Just a simple fact. Oh, the so called educated White females concerned about "feelings" make up a large part of the Democrat vote.
That leads me to conclude that Joe Biden won with a substantial sub category of less educated ( by your standards ) people and we'll include Hispanics in the number to.
https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tan...elors-degrees/
Quote:
But when looking at data of an older age group with bachelor’s degrees, a gap opens because a smaller share of Hispanics are completing a four-year degree. In 2012, Hispanics accounted for just 9% of young adults (ages 25 to 29) with bachelor’s degrees. This gap is driven, in part, by the fact that Hispanics are less likely than whites to enroll in a four-year college, attend a selective college and enroll full-time.
While Hispanics are the most pronounced demographic story, the education data show different trends for other race and ethnic groups on college campuses. Like Hispanics, blacks are underrepresented among those with bachelor’s degrees. In 2012, blacks made up 14% of college-aged students (ages 18 to 24), yet just 9% of bachelor’s degrees earned by young adults.
|
Me, I don't divide voters by education categories. That is for elitist to do. The ones who think they got a four year degree are any smarter than a person like myself who got a 4 year degree in the military, constantly learning, taking tests to make rank and visiting other cultures for additional learning and spent 34 years in a profession where education and learning never ended with hundreds of courses in the latest technology. Damn, here I go sounding like you. Sorry.
Sometimes life experience makes you a smarter person. It is one reason why life experience is often considered in college enrollment.
I'll take person that rose to the top of the ranks in the military in a four year period, rose to the highest level in a non management job in a fortune 500 company over some 22 year old with a Bachelor degree in poetry, any day of the week.
But hey, you go on believing the party you belong to has the "most educated" people if that floats your boat but you would be kidding yourself

Now HF I’m starting to see that you’re being intentionally obtuse. It’s ok. You’re Prose is magnificent.
Anyway. Voter fraud had no effect on the results of this election. Had it, there’d be proof of it. Surely Hugo Chavez didn’t change Trump votes but guess what, Trumpys believe that he did. Surely millions of illegal votes weren’t cast in 16 and 20 but Trumpys believe there were. Surely there was no vast conspiracy to produce 100s of 1000s of fake votes in specific precincts in order to give Biden the election (along with Republicans in state and federal elections) to steal the election from Trump but Trumpys believe there was.
The level of dumbness and stupidity required to believe all of that is astounding. Ranks up there with adults believing in Santa, Big Foot, The Easter Bunny, UFO abductions, a faked moon landing, the New World Government, that Trump’s honest, the Deep State, the Illuminati. that the earth is flat, etc.
Trumpys, and the ECCIE Idiot Crew, believe some truly asinine shit. And can’t provide anything for proof that’s better than someone on Parlar heard from someone on Facebook, that heard from some Twitter video, that someone on YouTube knows is true. But it can’t be proven because there’s a massive coverup.
Now the Big Lie of voter fraud is being tested in court and time after time the simple question is asked after the lawyers go on TV and claim massive fraud that they are “investigating“, “where’s the evidence?” Time and again the answer is “we have none”. No proof of this massive fraud.
They have presented affidavits that are full of lies by actual proven liars though. But nonetheless, Trumpys and the ECCIE Idiot crew believe the big lie. Without any proof. Without any evidence. The ECCIE Idiot Crew believe it anyway.
It’s actually saddening. I really pity you guys.
But I love that we Made America Great Again. Now we can watch Trump destroy the republicans rather than the whole country.

Yep, and Ms. Harris. Between the two of them, they were more than enough to beat Trump, rather convincingly I might add. Mission accomplished. How sweet it is.

IMHO, I've never been intentionally obtuse in my life. It isn't the way I conduct myself. That is merely a perception of my writing that I believe you have wrongly assumed. I don't play games with people. It's not my style.
It’s ok. You’re Prose is magnificent.
Thank you.
Anyway. Voter fraud had no effect on the results of this election.
And how exactly would one know that without at least a cursory inspection? Again, I have never suggested that there would be enough fraud to over turn the election but that understanding that fraud may have taken place is something all of us should be interested in since it can work both ways. While I am not a lawyer, I would think that a report that in 71% of counties looked at, more mail in ballots came back than were sent out, would raise eyebrows. That would seem to qualify as a prima facie case of some kind of irregularity if not out right fraud but many on the left seem to have no interest at all in resolving this conundrum. Maybe because to do so might upset their win and nothing will be allowed to get in the way of that. And to dismiss outright that "sure dead people voted, they always have" AGAIN, doesn't strike me as a position an intelligent person would take. An intelligent person might suggest that we find out why this keeps happening.
Had it, there’d be proof of it.
Being a lawyer and all, let me ask you. How many cases would you guess are committed but can't be proven to the satisfaction of a legal process? None? Hardly, and one should outright suggest that no proof has been presented until all options, all attempts have been exhausted.
Surely Hugo Chavez didn’t change Trump votes
Now whose being obtuse? It was never suggested that Hugo Chavez "changed any votes". Only that it is alleged that voting machines and software used in our election, "may have" been used in elections in Venezuela, fraudulent elections, in which Chavez was involved. Why do you constantly dumb down your arguments? It isn't a sign of an intelligent person.
but guess what, Trumpys believe that he did.
Again with the generalizations. Since I voted for Trump, I assume that makes me in your book, a Trumpy and yet I'm here telling you that I never said "I believe what is being alleged", only that I believe that Trump and any other candidate has the right to question the process in a court of law which is what you do in a democracy. How can a legal process moving forward, "threaten democracy"? That's just hyperbole meant to rile up the less educated people you keep talking about. In this case Democrats.
Surely millions of illegal votes weren’t cast in 16 and 20 but Trumpys believe there were.
This might come as a shock to you but literally everything Republicans are saying right now, has been said by Democrats in the past. How about this for an eye opening headline.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...on/ar-BB1aZAYf
Democratic senators warned of potential 'vote switching' by Dominion voting machines prior to 2020 election
Four congressional Democrats sent a letter to the owners of Dominion Voting Systems and cited several problems that “threaten the integrity of our elections,” including “vote switching.”
Oh! MY! Sounds like what Republicans are charging huh?
In a December 2019 letter to Dominion Voting Systems, which has been mired in controversy after a human error involving its machines in Antrim County, Michigan, resulted in incorrect counts, Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar and congressman Mark Pocan warned about reports of machines “switching votes,” “undisclosed vulnerabilities,” and “improbable” results that “threaten the integrity of our elections.”
“In 2018 alone, 'voters in South Carolina [were] reporting machines that switched their votes after they'd inputted them, scanners [were] rejecting paper ballots in Missouri, and busted machines [were] causing long lines in Indiana,'” the letter reads. “In addition, researchers recently uncovered previously undisclosed vulnerabilities in "nearly three dozen backend election systems in 10 states." And, just this year, after the Democratic candidate's electronic tally showed he received 164 votes out of 55,000 cast in a Pennsylvania state judicial election in 2019, the county's Republican chairwoman said, "nothing went right on Election Day. Everything went wrong. That's a problem."
Sounds a bit like Ground Hog Day with different ground hogs.
https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/2019-democrats-warned-election-companies-dominion-are-prone-security
Congressional Democrats had raised security concerns about Dominion, other voting machine companies
Sen. Elizabeth Warren, three other Hill Democrats said in series of letters to investment firms that voting machine companies "have long skimped on security in favor of convenience."
And now all of a sudden, Democrats are saying "what are you crazy Republican talking about"? There is nothing to see here!
I could give you a list of Democrat statements ( on tape ) complaining about past voting irregularities. And where do I get this information from? Fox News of course, who does a deep dive into these things which other MSM just flat out ignore.
https://www.whitehouse.senate.gov/news/release/senate-unanimously-passes-whitehouse-blumenthal-and-graham-bill-to-prevent-cyberattacks-on-voting-machines
“Our election systems need strong safeguards against enemy hackers seeking to subvert our democracy. Voting machines are a prime penetrable target, and laws remain woefully outdated. This bipartisan bill provides the Department of Justice with powerful tools to vigorously prosecute and stop malicious hackers. Its unanimous passage tells the world that securing our nation’s elections and cyber infrastructure is a bipartisan cause,” said Blumenthal. “I urge our House colleagues to swiftly pass it so every vote counts. With less than 16 months before our 2020 elections, there’s no time to waste.”
Do we think all such vulnerabilities were fixed? Just disappeared
Surely there was no vast conspiracy to produce 100s of 1000s of fake votes in specific precincts in order to give Biden the election (along with Republicans in state and federal elections) to steal the election from Trump but Trumpys believe there was.
Surely? Isn't that something a court should decide and not a lawyer who voted for Joe Biden?
The level of dumbness and stupidity required to believe all of that is astounding.
The dumbness of a person to suggest that they "know all and will never accept anything other than what they already believe to be true or untrue", is astounding.
Ranks up there with adults believing in Santa, Big Foot, The Easter Bunny, UFO abductions, a faked moon landing, the New World Government, that Trump’s honest, the Deep State, the Illuminati. that the earth is flat, etc.
I think the evidence of a deep state, has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt with "Anonymous" just recently having been identified. "The Resistance" was the deep state in action. Strzok, Page, Clinefeld, all deep state actors.
Trumpys, and the ECCIE Idiot Crew, believe some truly asinine shit.
One of your problems is lumping all people who voted for Trump into one category and consider that each and every one of them, "believe" the same thing. I have never once said I "believed" anything that Trump or his team of lawyers are saying is true and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. What I am saying and I'm sure many others are too, is that we will wait to see if it's true. That's what intelligent people especially lawyers would be expected to do. As a lawyer, I would think you would be more inclined to reserve judgement until all the allegations have been presented in a court of law before making a judgement but that isn't you. For some reason, you must pronounce "what you believe to be true" before all the alleged evidence is presented. I would think a lawyer would know better and be more disciplined but for what ever reason, you can't seem to do that
And can’t provide anything for proof that’s better than someone on Parlar heard from someone on Facebook, that heard from some Twitter video, that someone on YouTube knows is true. But it can’t be proven because there’s a massive coverup.
That sounds vaguely familiar, like "people are saying", one of your chosen phrases.
Now the Big Lie of voter fraud is being tested in court and time after time the simple question is asked after the lawyers go on TV and claim massive fraud that they are “investigating“, “where’s the evidence?” Time and again the answer is “we have none”. No proof of this massive fraud.
Then you have won and been vindicated but still mad as hell that you were even challenged.
But it isn't over till the fat lady sings and while she is warming up in the wings almost ready to take the stage, she hasn't sung yet.

Yeah, look at all those "new" destroyed Republicans in the House! And how "destroyed" must Susan Collins be feeling! Poor thing never had a chance I heard.
Like I said, winning it is one thing. Keeping it is quite another. Democrats lost those seats precisely because of things the far left of the Democrat party were saying they intended to do.
Obama won and managed to lose over 1,000 legislative seats during his rein and was replaced by the electorate, with Donald Trump. Careful what you wish for.

Is there an overly tedious word parser in the house ?
Is there someone in the house that cannot accept his take or word to be challenged and yet he accuses others of the same ?
Does he then embark on some long diatribe when basically he has been told "We aren't buying his bullshit" ?
There has been no significant fraud.
Trump and Trumpers just don't like that many straight up conventional voters, mostly democrats but some Republicans as well, that were more Covid conscious than Trump chose to vote early in-person or by mail-in.
Additionally many citizens of color and some poor as well voted by mail-in early. Some states such as Pennsylvania by their state law cannot even screen, open,or count those till election day.
Trump and Trumpers don't want these people to be able to vote or be able to participate in OUR democracy.
They feel it is THEIR democracy.
Their influence is being diluted. They don't like that.

You've peaked my interest. That's quite a generalization with such an admittedly long post.
How about you pick a quote and tell me why it's bullshit and let's see if you can back that up because I'll be more than happy to debate anything you pick.
Or is that a phrase people use when they can't defend what they have labeled "bullshit".
I'm waiting.

Like I said. Intentionally obtuse.
Now you don’t believe the crazy shit you were just supporting in general terms 2 weeks ago. But now that the straight up bat shit craziness have been stated out loud by Trumps lawyers you’re not a believer of “mass voter fraud.” Ok. Whatever.

What "crazy shit" would that be? Care to be more specific? Man, I hope this isn't how you practice law. You in a court of law "you, know, that crazy shit you were saying last week". Would any judge in America let you get away with that without explaining what the hell you are talking about? What crazy shit?
Like I just said to SF, give me an example of this crazy shit and I'll be happy to debate you and defend what I said but you don't roll that way do you.
Just show me one quote were I used the words "I believe in mass voter fraud". I have always given specific examples of dead people voting which I said wouldn't amount to mass fraud. I talked about more mail in ballots coming in that went out but not likely to amount to massive fraud.
You do love to make shit up. I think it's referred to as a "straw man argument".
Quote:
strawman arguments are relatively simple to recognize in discourse. Essentially, when you realize that there is a mismatch between someone's stance and the stance that their opponent is attacking, it's a clear sign that a strawman is being used.
|
You say weeks ago I "believed" in mass fraud, so prove it.
Are you even capable of discerning the difference between someone saying "I believe" something as opposed to "I'm willing to see what can be proven in court"? Which what I have always said. They are two different things but of course you can't argue that point so you use a straw man argument, something I never said and you can't prove.

I owe you an apology. I disagree with your position but having looked back you’ve never explicitly stated you believe there was massive voter fraud. But you have implied that voter fraud is a real thing which is technically a distinction with a difference. You know as well as anyone that a few disparate cases of fraudulent vote does not make for massive or pervasive fraud. The whole “let’s see how it goes in court” is the ‘hedge’ so you can claim that you weren’t believing that voter fraud was massive but that it exists.
The existence of a few cases here or there likely happens every election and should be prosecuted. But what’s being proclaimed is that there’s so much voter fraud that elections are being stolen. Do you believe that to be the case? Can you say that you don’t believe there’s election altering fraud? Can you say that voter fraud on a massive scale is a falsity?
