I stumbled across the below and found it interesting. Another way to potentially remain not dead from Muh Corona is NA, Niacin, Nicotinic Acid, aka Vitamin B3 - or so say some. Anyway, worth a read and as luck would have it - it exists in nature boyz and gurlz; though is unlikely to be in sufficient quantities as mentioned in the article after having contracted Muh Corona.

Just kidding, I don't believe you have reading or comprehension issues.
It pays to read up on this stuff before taking it. I won't be niacin supplements because of potential side effects. I have taken quercetin and zinc, which you recommended, when I thought I'd potentially been exposed to Covid 19, like when I've been on a titty bar binge. However I don't feel comfortable taking those on a daily basis, again because of potential side effects. That's not to say that I don't appreciate what you've posted here, because I wouldn't be taking them period otherwise. And friends with Covid who used your vitamin regimen believe they benefited from it.

I don't plan to mega-doze on it either, except in case of emergency maybe.
But the list of 40 Niacin rich foods are mostly in my regular rotation already and I'll probably bump them up a skosh.
Recapping for those with reading, comprehension and retention issues:
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D3
- Zinc
- Niacin
- Quercetin, aka Bioflavinoids
All of which are in normal foods and nature.
Remember: the ROI of an ounce of prevention can avoid the excessive cost of the cure or death.
Or you could just take one of the TRUMP vaccines - Bwahahahahah

I agree with that. The best way to get vitamins and minerals is through a good diet, with lots of fruits and vegetables. Add fish and nuts to get your niacin.

Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Magnesium, low dose melatonin, garlic, and Coenzyme Q10 are on my list. I wouldn't be taking the garlic and Q10 if not for having marginally high blood pressure. I added the C and am now doing low dose melatonin (1 mg) daily instead of as needed because of your posts.
