That's one of the contributing things that made him such a great president.

Yeah, I suppose he could take the Bar Exam again. I think he realizes he's better off out of the public eye in that capacity.

No need to take the bar again. He would just request reinstatement.

I'm not even sure how that works. I thought about letting my CPA license lapse when IFRS became a requirement because I didn't want to study for that shit. But I need it on my resume. I didn't want to take all of those tests again so I just keep it active even though I don't really need it. Obama isn't a scrub like me though. He doesn't need shit on his resume to get a job. Hell, he doesn't even need a resume.
If I was Obama, I wouldn't even waste my time even bothering to get reinstated by the bar. Why become AG when you get paid millions to give speeches to corporations? I'm not sure whether his wife still has an active law license, but go ask her if she wants to be AG. She won't even have to interview to get hired. They're empty nesters now. She may be bored silly and wants something to do.

He probably writes his own bar exam. Barry was an interesting movie that showed back in his college days, 30+ years ago, he was in tune with world affairs and society in general. Obama is an incredibly bright individual.

I could see the former 1st lady doing that. She seems like a nice lady but I doubt she has a problem putting the hammer down when necessary. She doesn't strike me as the type of lady who puts up with any bullshit.
If Obama ever even thought about cheating, she seems like the type of lady who would cut your dick off with a smile on her face. Sure, the smile is there, but you still lost your dick and you need an ambulance that she won't call for you.

I’ve had law licenses in 3 states. When I left LA in 2002 I stopped practicing law in LA as well and placed my license in inactive status. I live in the DC suburbs for 11 years practicing in MD and DC. When I returned to LA I requested reinstatement. I also placed my MD and DC licenses in inactive status. Were I to return there, I’d simply request reinstatement. There’s no need to retake the bar exam.
I do have to take the bar to enter other jurisdictions like TX and MD because when I moved to TX in the 90s I’d not been practicing for 5 years and MD didn’t have a reciprocity provision so I had to take that bar exam as well.
It’s possible that under Illinois requirements going inactive for a certain amount of time causes you to have to resubmit an application for admission but retaking the bar exam would not be necessary.

Thanks for the explanation 1b1. I was just not sure how the process worked to get licensed as a lawyer if you let it lapse. And unlike many know-it-all people in this forum, I have no problem admitting when I don't know something. I'm not going to try to act like I know what I don't know.

Cut his dick off and sew it on her? Might as well, Dumptards think she is a tranny that had two kids.
