the Hobby was different and less certain, but everyone still got it done. Now I can barely work my cell phone, but I am sure that providers and hobbyists can still meet up in the e-world.

Prison? The authorities in the Houston area, county administrator and District Attorney and Houston Mayor all seem willing to avoid prosecuting anyone arrested for about anything. We have had numerous serious crimes committed by folks who had alreqady been arrested several times for serious offences that were then released on $1.00 bond. Maybe 2% isn't enough.
