ug that is a tough one. Is there another email on it for recovery? If it is gmail there is a process to recover your account by going through a process of identification. Other providers can do the same.

Ya you'll have to get ahold of whatever support, probably online. They should have a process to verify your identity. They will also be able to see that someone recently changed credentials and probably from some weird IP address that you've never used.
