Julie was short, and standoffish. She look at me with animosity and disdain a few times. I noted that the girls seemed overworked in an effort to excuse the weird looks, and I am open to the possibility that I mistook her normal Asian personality for unusual and unkind. But like I said, after everything was over, we were both pleased and in better spirits.
