Interesting what is not being emphasized

1. Joe Prude began behaving erractically when arriving at his brother's place including diving head first down a flight of stairs.
2. Joe was examined for mental health at a hospital and released later that night. (how?)
3. Joe fled his brother's house again and removed his clothes.
4. Joe asked a passerby to call emergency services and fled after the passerby did so.
5. Joe died a week later after his incident with the police.

So why are the cops being scapegoated? Why are riots happening almost 6 months after this guy's psychotic episode that resulted in his death? Based on the tape and stuff I read, you'd think the guy ultimately died at the scene.

I'm tired of seeing cops being persecuted for the actions of bad men. Why did the hospital release this guy?

interesting. i haven't read much on this crap. but it's no surprise that facts don't matter to these radical assholes. maybe it would have been better and more fitting if this idiot had cracked his pumpkin taking a header down those stairs? what would the coroner list as cause of death then? Released from Hospital per NYS law
looks as the Mayor of Rochester hiding fact he died after 2nd time picked up by RPD
NYS Attorney General was to start looking into when he died 7 days later.
but has only just started looking into the case

NYS Attorney General was to busy with law suits against Trump and the NRA over doing the peoples if NY work. As ordered by Gov Andy as he does not trust any local Gov to look into anything a local LE had happen
