You can clearly tell based on their ads, that the Biden campaign is trying to blame T R U M P for the lockdowns. They are also trying to blame H I M for the riots and protesting. It's then reasonable to assume that they will try to blame H I M for the upcoming mail in ballot chaos.
The ad is very confusing as it is. I think they may have been trying to convey that if T R U M P had handled the corona virus better that we wouldn't have needed to lockdown or that some parts of the country could have lifted lockdowns earlier. I'm not really sure what the message was suppose to be.
From what I can tell, it seems they are trying to blame T R U M P for the continued lockdown of some states by certain governors, and I guess Biden has changed his mind about how he plans to handle the virus, which would be to open up. But opening up the country is what T R U M P has been trying to do for months now.
So, again, the ad is very confusing. I don't know wtf he was thinking putting that out there. Maybe, he realized the majority of people actually don't want to live under a totalitarian government that forces them to remain inside and collect welfare until the whole system collapses.
