If he went dead while on the ground with the knee on the neck, and the heart stopped because the flow of blood was blocked at the neck and was therefore the proximate cause of death, hemorhagging should be present at the neck.

If oxygen was not able to get to the brain, bruising at the neck would also be substantially present.

Per the original report of the Medical Examiner, bruising was not present.

Hence, I vote not guilty.
