Communication and response time
I'm going to throw this out here, I've heard from several providers that the income has been less because of this pandemic oh, what I have seen is the response time and the communication from the provider to the client has gotten really bad. Example this morning at 9 I started reaching out two providers 6 of them to be exact to get a 4:30 appointment today. I got no response from any of the six except one and she was out of town and she did p.m. me. I do appreciate her response for that and since I am new to her she did have me do it on P4 so what gives ladies?
