My FAVE Bbq place in Texas is near San Antonio
It's a shack w a dirt floor and some old wooden picnic tables inside..the old rikidy screen door squaeaks and there's a big huge Bbq out back
It's so damn good I will go out of my way when in Texas to eat there!

They serve that weak Texas style bbq
