What makes sense is that the bats were purposely infected to study the alterations made to the virus. That's one way to prove as a researcher that you properly understand the functions of the virus. I think the leak was accidental... but I also wouldn't put it past ChiCom leadership to let it loose on purpose.

It solves a multitude of problems for them...

How was it that the ChiComs Scientists were able to release the genome so quickly? I think it's because they already had it decoded... because they were actually working on it.
Extrodinary claims Require extraordinary evidence. Or at least sine evidence. Not Bullshit speculation.

That's pretty fucking rich coming from a guy who wants everyone to be locked in their basement until the end of time because of Covid-19.

That's not an extraordinary claim... it's f*cking common sense. It came from that lab.

Why would you believe a ChiCom over simple math. China is asshoe.

I believe scientist from many countries who say the virus isn’t genetically engineered and that past episodes of viral outbreaks occurred from wet markets.

There are numerous reports now from credible researchers and doctors that it doesn't show the markers of genetic engineering. There's plenty of instrumentation available these days that can see that in DNA or RNA. Not 100% proven to be natural yet, but pretty close to 100%.

The problem with the "wet market" theory in this case is that it doesn't explain all the data. What makes the most sense to me (as I explained in a previous post) is that it was a natural virus being studied in the lab where a worker became infected and unknowingly spread it into the community. A simple, but very serious, accident. By the way, in all the time I've spent in China (which is a lot) and in all the places I have visited there (many) I've been to many markets. I have never seen one that resembles what's being reported here. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist somewhere, but I've been around a lot and haven't seen it.

Personally I think that the "wet market" theory was propagated by some CCP government official to explain what they thought at the time was an embarrassing local incident. I don't think they understood the magnitude of what they had on their hands until it was too late to cover it up or contain it.

China was able to lock down Wuhan from rest of China but couldn't stop traffic in and out of the world from there.

Same scientists probably also say we're going to die because of climate change in 10 years unless we all stop farting and give up our cars.

You are really easy to fool, aren't you

Epoch Times is a Chinese Language Newspaper that is distributed to Chinese speaking people in the U.S. It is distributed in Dallas. I am pretty sure that it is Pro America and pro Democracy. I would tend to think it would be a great source of objective and unbiased coverage from people that know a lot more about Communist China than we do. I think this bolsters the claims made in this Documentary.

Um, actually no scientist claims that. Global climate change is real, but we’ll be suffering it’s consequences a lot longer than 10 years.

Sure we will.

Just like what they said about global cooling and warming.
