a lot of people significant others don't do half the things you just listed or get any form of intimacy at all from them hence why this business exists

Each is a mind set that should be present in each side but RARELY, if ever, do the partners agree! VERY evident in the difference between myself and Ms Sienna.

This is the problem. It varies by region, board, and individual. I've been places where "everyone knew" that GFE meant BBBJ and PSE meant anal. Some consider GFE to be about attitude rather than activites, and there are places where the acronym IOP (Illusion of Passion) covers that aspect.

Essentially, both terms are meaningless unless everyone involved has the same idea, and that's not likely unless the board itself defines the terms (which I've also seen).
