I had an appointment set, had to cancel the day before due to medical issue. Fast forward 3 weeks, reset a date, she slept thru our appt time. She graciously offered me a make up time that day, which I accepted. Then she got sick, it happens. Since then I have reached out a couple of times and got crickets. I assume she has built a large client base and isn't taking many new clients. I wish her well, maybe in the future.
