I am familiar with child support law in Florida, and regardless of what you THINK you might have an agreement on, you cannot "contract" your way out of child support. The minute she realizes you have steady income that can go to her, she, or the State in her child's behalf will take it. It isn't about you OR the mother, in Florida it is about the child.

Single moms are sexy af, there are so many benefits to becoming a single mom (when it’s done by choice) it is becoming the newest trend and there are many opportunities to this yet discovered.
A few benefits
No contracts
No deadbeat dads
No fighting with deadbeat
No court battles
No ‘baggage’
Sexy
Confident
Focused
Desirable
Abortion ‘nope’
Shitty in-laws ‘nope’
You pick the sperm donor ‘me please’
Tax benefits, maternity leave laws, health care and day care assistance, federal grants and scholarships.
And the list of positive outcomes is endless,,,are there negatives? Yes. It’s not for everyone, but maybe it’s for you?
Ladies, feel free to PM me. Let’s get to know each other, have a romantic night out, and create a new person, I would be honored.

Florida won't provide any of those "free" things until the Father is identified. Florida taxpayers don't want to pay for someone else's kids. The State will go after the father so he can share the costs.

Not so much, GFER. I know someone in FL who reaped plenty of benefits after bearing two children from the same man, WHILE living with the baby daddy. Since they weren't married, FL paid welfare, food stamps, WIC, college tuition, book fees, & lodging assistance. The kids would be in their 30's by now, so the rules may have changed...but that's the story.

That’s not true, the single mother will not be left helpless waiting on a father to take responsibility. You should not be spreading disinformation like this,, but maybe your right, please list your credentials to make a statement like this. PM me if u would rather. If you have none, maybe you should retract what you have written as that is a very inflammatory and baseless comment.

She was more like a beauty queen from a movie scene
I said don't mind, but what do you mean, I am the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round
She said I am the one, who will dance on the floor in the round
She told me her name was Billie Jean, as she caused a scene
Then every head turned with eyes that dreamed of being the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round
People always told me be careful of what you do
And don't go around breaking young girls' hearts
And mother always told me be careful of who you love
And be careful of what you do 'cause the lie becomes the truth
Billie Jean is not my lover
She's just a girl who claims that I am the one
But the kid is not my son
She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

Uh, uh, check it out (yeah), uh
Junior M.A.f.i.a., uh (hehe, mm)
Uh (I like this) yeah, yeah
Nine-fo' (keep bangin')
To all the ladies in the place with style and grace
Allow me to lace these lyrical douches, in your bushes (uh)
Who rock grooves and make moves with all the mommies
The back of the club, sippin' Moet, is where you'll find me (what?)
The back of the club, mackin' hoes, my crew's behind me (uh)
Mad question askin', blunt passin', music blastin'
But I just can't quit
Because one of these honies Biggie gots ta creep with
Sleep with, keep the ep a secret, why not
Why blow up my spot 'cause we both got hot?
Now check it, I got more Mack than Craig and in the bed
Believe me sweetie I got enough to feed the needy
No need to be greedy I got mad friends with Benz's
C-notes by the layers, true fuckin' players (uh)
Jump in the Rover and come over
Tell your friends jump in the GS3
I got the chronic by the tree, 'cause
Throw your hands in the air, if you's a true player
(I love it when you call me Big Poppa)
To the honies gettin' money playin' ****** like dummies
(I love it when you call me Big Poppa)
Ya got a gun up in your waist, please don't shoot up the place (why?)
'Cause I see some ladies tonight
That should be havin' my baby (uh), baby (uh)

Florida Statues have changed. BOTH parents are responsible for supporting a child. The "single" mother will be required to identify the father in order to even apply for benefits. If she falsify a sworn document and is caught, she can be prosecuted for a crime. Maybe you can find someone to take that risk for you...but why do that when your income is likely more lucrative and without risk? And support is also calculated on visitation...with no visitation, your percentage would be very high. Any "contract" you might get would be invalid in court, and likely show you unfit for visitation.

Okay. This is not that.
Your knowledge is valid and should be considered because I know you are being sincere, but it is not relevant to this situation. The lady will be a single mother with zero knowledge of who the father is, a one night stand, and your advising these ladies that they are going to be rejected by the courts. Stop,,please! It’s not true. Your adding unwarranted stress into the child’s life, go fuck over your own kids future which it sounds like you have already done so by telling their mom how you will destroy her, but knowing your vengeance runs so deep that you need her suffering so you can be happy.
Ladies, do not listen to this guy, he is the baggage that I speak of, you will never be independent if you allow this kind of person to torment you, I believe he thinks he’s being helpful but it’s self serving.

My "children" are all adults. These issues aren't mine, but I'm familiar with the system and laws.
I'm also aware single parentage is a lot harder than you make it out to be. Especially if one parent isnt helping with support or care. There aren't many good statistics for children born into those circumstances.
