The phone number matches that location. I think he's confused with it being in the westchase area.

She said yes when I asked if her name was Lily but her English was so bad I think she would have said yes to any name. She seemed to be the only one working at Foot Massage in the westchase area.

Westchase is considered Near Westpark Tollway and Beltway 8. If it was off of Highway 6 across from the HEB and by the Spec's then that's Bear Creek.

So I googled around just for gits and shiggles to see what location this was in Westchase. I didn’t recall much being over there and then saw it was just behind the Toll Station. I don’t think I’ve ever even been on that stretch of feeder road but I’ll pass by there all the time on the beltway.

Anyway, street view showed a dumpy strip mall, mostly empty and in front of the spa is a constable cruiser. I can’t imagine there is much non-popo privacy as it looks like the first coffee spot coming out of that toll station is at that corner.

Went at night a few months ago...a little sketchy at night. A lot of questionable characters hanging around. Zero massage and straight to business. No recall name, but wasn’t too old but pretty plain.
