Deposit up front is a HUGE red flag.

Also, google the number. Use Google Image Search or Tineye on the pics. If they're posting in multiple cities across the country in the same day... they just might be fake. Or have a teleporter?

Ask around about a highly respected local lady who years ago claimed a hardship, offered future meets for deposits and took a LOT of gentleman's money and ran.

The poor gentleman who had to cancel a date with a lady who is still around and still thought of as an upper level choice who then blackmailed him mercilessly.
