I doubt it was the nipples, more likely the lack of garments. Any implication of nudity is verboten even if the private parts themselves are covered. Hence why you can't post images that would be fine for Cosmo or Sports Illustrated on a board where guys describe their sexual escapades with escorts in explicit detail. Lawyer logic.
