I've found little difference between providers at 100 for half hour and providers at 160 or more for half hour. I've met train wrecks and good providers across the range. It's a crapshoot. I find a providers rate has little to do with her condition or performance.

I find this subject fascinating. I am new to this and have seen 4 providers since July.
