Kissinger was an advocate for the "New World Order" The Georgia Guidestones are the Masonic Tablet of the NWO. They lay out what is known as the Masonic Ten Commandments of the NWO. They are as follows. 1). Maintain a population no more than 500,000,000 in perpetual balance

3). Unite humanity with a living new language.
4). Rule Passion
5). Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6). Let all Nations rule internally. Resolving external disputes in a world court.
7). Avoid Petty Laws.
8). Balance personal rights and Social duties.
9). Prize Truth.
10). Leave Room for nature.
Now how will these directives be implemented, especially the first. They will be implemented and carried out methodically by the Government in the form of Pandemic Disease, Famines,Climate Change, then civil unrest. The Government will initiate Martial Law. This will occur all over the world and 6.5 Billion people will die over many years until a population of 500 million can be maintained. George H. Bush mentioned the NWO in a few speeches and Henry Kissinger was all for it. I wouldn't call anyone who openly advocates such a sinister plan for humanity a great Statesman.
