I doubt it is even financially worth it for Kap to sign a contract for a backup job. IMO, he's better off financially by acting like teams are colluding against him (they are hence the settlement).
If the Raiders won't sign you, nobody will and the Raiders sign anyone regardless of their background (Brown, Incognito and Burfict to name a few pariahs). He was probably better off with his publicity stunt because the NFL just wants him to shut the fuck up and go away.

The only way for him to get a starter contract is to get a backup contract. They can be written with the right incentives.
The problem is the public backlash when Kap gets released. Everyone in the NFL eventually gets released. You can't have substantial dead money on your NFL payroll anymore.
BTW, I was shocked on how well Icognito is playing.

Richie can play. Although he is a complete asshole, I've always liked the guy since he was at Nebraska. I think because he is such a baby face bullshitter, it is hard for me to dislike him. He's just charming to me. His interviews are completely full of shit, but he makes you so want to believe him. That's a gift.
Jonathan Martin is a complete pussy so it is hard for me to hold it against Incognito for trying to toughen up that bitch. Martin is not in the NFL for a reason. That bitch needed the tough love.

They don’t support Trump because they think he is a good person. They support him because he is a proponent of white supremacy

Kap was a middle if the pack player anyways. Ranked around middle if the group of starting QBs which included a bunch of rookies and 2md and 3rd strings. Plus, he's a quitter. I agree. The debates are pointless.

Your post sounds like you’re bitter at Kaep. Did he steal your wife/husband?

Just FYI, way below even middle of the pack QBs have 10+ year careers. I guess you have never heard of guys named Ryan Fitzpatrick, Jason Garrett, Dan Orlovsky, Matt Schaub, Josh McCown, Doug Pederson, Sam Bradford, Chase Daniel and many more scrubs I won't bother to list because you get my point... Kap is much better at his craft than all of those aforementioned guys.

Kap didn't quit on the NFL. The NFL quit on him because he will not conform and will continue to stay defiant in their eyes and they know that... for those who are glad that he is out of the league; how many millions do you make a year from Nike for sticking to your beliefs and refusing to conform to what your potential employers want you to do? Yeah, that's what I thought

You and others fell for his rope a dope! Ya'll think he gives a shit about anything other than himself? He shut up right quick when he settled with the nfl! He knew he could play the race/victim card against the establishment in this pc culture and get rewarded! His big publicity stunt flopped hard! And most of America saw him as the quitter he is!
Even the blowhard Stephen a smith admitted this!
