Default "Individual 1" thinks he can talk his way out of impeachment

Quote:
But Trump and his allies later fretted about the possibility of putting the president at risk of falling into a "perjury trap" if he sat down for questioning. Mueller, whose final report found instances of possible obstruction of justice by Trump but declined to make a legal conclusion, ultimately opted to drop its efforts for an in-person interview with the president.

For Once - the DPST's are right.

And UC might well be correct.

Trump cannot testify his way out of a pre-ordanined impeachment conspiracy set the day after the election of Nov. 2016. Nothing he testifies will matter - and the DPST's will use every lie and nasty trick to try to make him look bad.

better to use the Clinton strategy - do not attend impeachment or trial - let the lawyers do the talking.

I think trump would be foolish to testify before Schiff - it puts that asshat in a position of power - which is what the devious pencil neck wants.

better to have a Senate trial call Schiff to testify under oath - and watch the DPST take the 5th.

Trump's hubris made him think he could talk his way out of trouble. however, he doesn't avoid scrutiny either way. if he had real balls, he would testify. I would respect him. he will never get convicted in the Senate.

Balls? You’ve tapped out of forums and put people on ignore. You need to grow a set.

We all know he's just keeping his name in the news. To divert from the substance. SCOTUS puts temporary hold on his taxes. He's done it so much, it gets sixty seconds and nobody's "bra" gets tugged anymore. He's pathetic. He should take advice from coach. DON'T PRESS SEND!

Paging wacky wacky boy, wanna bet he won't testify? No matter how serious he's considering it. Does anybody take him seriously?

That fat lying bastard will never testify and everyone on the House and Intelligence Committee knows that. I doubt he will even give written answers.

He’s being investigated for perjury because of his last written answers to Mueller his lawyers aren’t going to let that fat lying bastard sit on national tv and answer questions.

how many times i got to tell you that dog won't hunt, sparky? the Emoluments clause is completely untested and Benji Franklin got to keep his fancy snuff box from King Louietard.

the descendants of Franklin still have it to this day. never mind they have stripped it bare of Diamonds for money ... a gift is not the same thing as Trump owning a hotel and being compensated because some raghead sandn****rs paid him to stay there.

Best way to beat a kangaroo court is not to show up.
Schiff is already on the HOR Republicans witness list. He said NO.

Washington, Jefferson, Madison, etc., all conducted business with foreign customers in foreign markets while they were president. Your ignorance of such business precedents conducted by the occupants of the White House is profound.

Ignorance? I think not.

We'll hold you to that when his taxes get released. Will he be impeached before then? Will the Senate finally remove his lying scheming ass out when they see he's a low life piece of shit small time cook? Any bets?
