Trump accuses Obama of treason for ‘spying’ on his 2016 campaign
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/w...-2016-campaign
well, since Clapper accidentally let slip that Obama ordered him to start an investigation on Trump which led to spying claims.
Trump accuses Obama of treason...
treason charge is a bit of stretch. sedition charge is also a bit of a stretch too.
both chargers isn't applicable here, the problem here is that Trump was a private citizen when this spying occurred.
obviously, his civil rights were violated.
the sedition charges from other people would be applicable after January 17, 2017. I don't know about Obama with that one.

This used to be about Obaminable's "legacy." Now it's about Obaminable's future accommodations. The LOONS have to oust Trump in another attempt of a Coup d'état to protect their Messiah's fake history of success as a "community organizer" in CHICAGO and beyond !!
Clapper forgets a critical element in his "defense" of "following orders"! They must be "LAWFUL ORDERS"!

So Clapper can defensively claim: Befehl ist Befehl ?
But for treason to be valid, it has to be on behalf of a foreign country, so for odumbsh*t, Kenya?
I am anticipating that Obumbo and Hiloinkory will both give long speeches at the convention alter. I just wonder what will be in the communion glasses. probably an antidote to boredom.

Trump is making them look silly again - they should just admit defeat.
I wish all Republicans fought back as hard as Trump.

The charge of treason, though inaccurate, has more validity against Obama than anything Trump has done. Surveillance on American citizens, using the IRS as a weapon against political opponents, killing Americans without due process, lying wholesale to the American people, and that flexibility issue with Russia...

ironic that Trump walked back the Trump Tower recording charge in January 2017.. IIRC, he was jumped on and labelled a Kook, then decided it didn't really happen.

It wasn't treasonous. Barack was only making sure this guy wasn't getting away with this:
But the puttet asked for it. Low look how pretty he sits. This political cartoon would never have been imagined without incidents like Helsinki. Every follower of the POTUS should be ashamed.

Possibly the oddest case in my career as a psychiatrist has been that the only people not allowed to speak about an issue are those who know the most about it. Hence, truth is suppressed. Yet, what if the truth, furthermore, harbored dangers of such magnitude that it could be the key to the future of human survival?

still playing that old dogma? i've told ya before the APA and the APA don't support diagnosis from afar of public figures..
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goldwater_rule
American Psychiatric Association
"On occasion psychiatrists are asked for an opinion about an individual who is in the light of public attention or who has disclosed information about himself/herself through public media. In such circumstances, a psychiatrist may share with the public his or her expertise about psychiatric issues in general. However, it is unethical for a psychiatrist to offer a professional opinion unless he or she has conducted an examination and has been granted proper authorization for such a statement.[1]"
American Psychological Association"Similar to the psychiatrists' Goldwater Rule, our code of ethics exhorts psychologists to "take precautions" that any statements they make to the media "are based on their professional knowledge, training or experience in accord with appropriate psychological literature and practice" and "do not indicate that a professional relationship has been established" with people in the public eye, including political candidates.
When providing opinions of psychological characteristics, psychologists must conduct an examination "adequate to support statements or conclusions." In other words, our ethical code states that psychologists should not offer a diagnosis in the media of a living public figure they have not examined.[9]"
