Yes sir it is. All the TOP website's reviews are being used for LE intel. That's how they build a case. It's done by collaborative efforts, multiple fronts, tools and resources.

what I meant was the law does not specifically address AMPs, and this raid has nothing to do with a new law that went in effect last month. but regarding written accounts..

I literally said theres nothing LE would find objectionable in the same post I made. It seems you and trump share some similarities as far as excluding pertinent information to paint a picture a certain way, in this case to make me look like I have an agenda becuase of calling you out. It is obvious no one is exchanging money for services.

Its just a diversion to bring attention away from the fact that dallas has the HIGHEST murder rate in Texas for a mega city. By a mile too. Its 50% higher than number 2 houston going by murders per 100k. The sad part is that FW has less than half the rate despite being in the same region

Got to post this. I was talking to one of girls who was at Number 1 Raid. She confirmed most of the story of what happened in newspaper article. Said cops were really nice, She told me the police were checking everyone’s IDs and took a double take when they looked at one of the Asian girls and it said male on their ID. She didn’t say which girl/guy but that she replied they had a surgery in Thailand. Lol. Time to play the Crying Game soundtrack. Fortunately never been to Number 1

I visit amps, because I am a foodie. Need a quick break or hungry? I just go up in the kitchen and eat culinary gourmet food. I do tip the house and pay for a plate. About the riskiest thing I do there is vape or have a cig with the house mom in the back. We talk and just shoot the shit. Talk about REAL shit in Dallas, like murder, crime rates, homeless issues, police community relations, etc. I do take a shower every now and then at the establishments.
I read that article and never knew they were called mamasan, so I learned something the other day.

I have never been there either, but you can bet I'll be pulling up a few reviews to see who might be a good candidate for the movie Sequel
by the way, I met Boy George (the song's vocalist, for those who don't know) once, he was nice to me, although I have heard he can be a real Bastard at times.

here is the definition of "Mamasan"..
https://findwords.info/term/mama-san
the term has been around forever, the stupid article suggested it was some secret fucking name known to groups of guys in silhouette or something. I think of it as "House Mom", which it really is.. someone who takes care of things, cooking, linen-washing, to allow the ladies to concentrate on their jobs.. not unlike an Office Secretary. apparently it means "Human Fucking Trafficker" to certain people who buy ink by the gallon.

Are you familiar with the elements required to prove that offense in the Texas Penal Code?
Prostitution is defined as engaging in or offering to engage in sexual conduct for a fee. It must be a quid pro quo. If you can't prove all of the elements and still make an arrest, the arresting officer is open to liability for a wrongful arrest suit and a multimillion dollar civil judgement.

That’s not true. The police do not have to prove any of the elements, their job is not to convict. Police arrest innocent people all the time without losing a penny, most are cut lose without ever seeing a court room. If they caught you in a room in a state of undress (don’t necessarily have to be naked) with a woman also in a state of undress (the typical uniform worn by the provider would probably suffice) money on the table or in a place suspected/known of providing services would be “probable cause”. Not sure how you evaluate a wrongful arrest at “multimillion dollar” even if it was completely unjust.
I’ve said if before, use a passcode on your phone; do not use a biometric feature. It’ll help you win your multi of the millions. At least that’s what this cat hearder’s Ask Jeevs search revealed.

You merely need probably cause to make an arrest.
A conviction is harder. Somewhere in between those two is humiliation, expense, and problems with your wife.
As Robert Blake might say, "Don't do the crime if you can't do the crime"
However, prostitution should not be a crime IMHO.
