if Flynn was accused of being a foreign agent and failed to register as one...


doesn't that make Hunter Biden, Jonathan Pelosi, Chris Heinz (John kerry's stepson), Chelsea Clinton foreign agents and they failed to register as one???

What happened to David Panetta, Leon's more corrupt brother? He was a unregistered foreign agent for some time. He was warned a few weeks before some of the Republican FA were busted. David has since dropped off the map.

Again, like the "Logan Act" this Registered Foreign Agents requirement seems to be veeeeery selectively enforced.
