Sign up for FetLife.com and look at who is in your area. There are many providers that are more subs in nature, search is your friend. Try putting a ISO out for your area as well, you never know who really likes what until you ask, as many play certain roles. Good Luck and enjoy~~

Just my opinion, but don't think I'm alone in saying that generally P4P doesn't work as well when searching for female subs as it does for those into being dominated. There's many reasons for this and probably a deprecate discussion.
I'd echo those that recommend fetlife. It's by far the largest bdsm site of its type and you can find any and everything there. But it's not necessarily a personals sight- you have to get involved and get to know folks. It really is sorta kinky version of Facebook.
I'd also search for bdsm personals sites. Examples are collarme or pleasespankme. This too requires some effort to be successful but might be a better investment of time if you're just looking to meet someone for kinky play rather than a lifestyle.
However, all that having been said, If you are going to look for a provider on here who might be open to that, try searching your local forum for words like "spanking" or "bondage" - both coed discussions and reviews. (Not all kinky reviews are posted in another realm.) there are providers who are either into it or willing to pretend they are for a price. ;-)
Likely it will take identifying someone that might be open to that and getting to know them through a vanilla session or two first. More trust is involved than in a vanilla session.

I am submissive with people I can establish trust with so usually people who book longer/multiple appointments but even then it’s not guaranteed. The previous posters in this thread understand and explain why it would not be something people offer to everyone. I think some girls who are submissive don’t openly say it at all for their own safety and boundaries. I do love it when I have clients who want to see me for that kind of dynamic though. I’m based in Austin but I travel a lot and will be in NOLA at the start of November.

I would just say do your research. Your research into the type of play you’re interested in and general bdsm topics like boundaries, after care, communication, etc. When looking for someone, I would prioritize finding something you connect with and have the same communication style as. Just because someone is a sub doesn’t mean they are a sub for everyone and if you’re dominant but respectful you should consider that and put in the time to build trust. I agree that ISOs, fetlife, and doing research on twitter might help you find someone.
