A few days ago at the strip club in Austin,Texas I was giving a guy a dance in VIP and he started to tell me how bad he feels that he is cheating on his wife with me.WTF? And I only gave him dances 🤔 should I feel bad?

Sophie, the fact that you started this thread tells me that what the guy said is bothering you. Don't let it bother you.

You did nothing wrong. You're just earning your living. You're doing what you have to do to put food on the table and pay your bills. There's nothing shameful about that. If you weren't there that day at the strip club, he would have cheated on his wife with another gal.

The problem is with him, not you. If he felt so guilty about cheating on his wife, he shouldn't have visited the strip club and he shouldn't have paid for dances. Don't let him infect you with his guilt.

Also he didn't cheat on his wife with you..not really. He just satisfied a physical urge. There were no emotions involved on either side. There was no love. I'm sure that his wife would prefer that he visits strippers/escorts rather than have a torrid love affair with another woman. Heck, she might even be relieved that she doesn't have to put out.

I really was bothered??? And I was up all night thinking about how I felt the whole situation the bastard was way to emotion and made me feel uncomfortable.

I think you put way too much into what the customer said. you are thinking like a Woman, which is to say you had no emotional investment in the dances, and you object to the idea that you were assisting a guy in "cheating" on his wife. the Guy was extremely loose in his language, if his definition of cheating is getting strip club dances. that may be what he feels, but if so, don't let others' opinions define who you are.
