it reads to me like she cancelled the appointment. since she did text that she was leaving, technically not a NCNS.

while it was prolly frustrating for you, i can imagine it was unsettling for her.
and remember, the provider always has the option to cancel an appt - just like we always have the option to cancel.

plus, you still have some unspent cash to get some delites on your next attempt!
