you mean the LEFT fork, I presume.. Yogi Berra never specified which fork he took.

people complain about Lobbyists, how they "run Washington", and do the bidding for big Corporations.. I have known several D.C. Lobbyists, they say the same thing..

when Business fails to be able to find solutions to problems on their own, that is when Lobbyists are sent to ask Government to help carve out solutions. they work in tandem, the Lawmakers are not versed on the issues, and the Lobbyist explains. Business and Government sit down, and find a workable response. the system is good for everyone.. it is NOT Business sending someone to browbeat Congress, slip them cash for a vote, nothing like the Bullshit and ignorance that is commonly portrayed.

The fallacy with the argument here is that there are not many in the "no government" crowd out there. Generally those individuals are called anarchists.

Libertarians and Conservatives are almost always "limited government" folks.

Those are good points in your original post Mystic, and all true. Without rule of law, capitalism is doomed to failure. The problem is when government is inefficient and overbearing. I'd argue that's true of our federal government. Many of the state and local governments though do a good job.

The problem is that people who don't have a seat at the table, small businesses and the like, get screwed. And government created many of the problems in the first place lobbyists try to fix.

That's my point. Most understand the need for a limited efficient government. And yes, in the case of most of these discussions, it's the Federal Government most are referring to.

The fact that you mischaracterized one point of view intentionally demonstrates that you are not a serious thinker and a back.

I didn't address the military of your plagiarized cut and past was it has nothing to do with it. A economies have a military, period. End of discussion.

I noticed, everyone else did as well, but chose to think about the argument and not your inability to use spell check. Of course you intentionally ignored your spell check so you fooled yourself into thinking you did something clever.

You commit so many typos and spelling errors that there's no point in noting them. Such as the elementary errors in the quoted post, for example. That sort of thing is standard fare for you.

Don't you think you shouldn't have dropped out of school so early?

Stating the obvious isn't making a point. Read this book, then come back and maybe you can try to contribute to an intelligent discussion.
