How Do You Sneak Take Your Meds While On A Date with a Provider

So I was on a dinner date with 2 bad ass dimes last week and had the hiccups real bad along with acid reflux...it had been bothering me all day so I had some indigestion pill on my pocket. Now I'm on this date and realized I needed to sneak take this pill on the cool with 2 girls chatting it up laughing and sitting right across from me.

I played the shit off real smooth. They never saw me pop the indigestion pill but one looked away for a moment and the other looked down to take a bite. I popped that bitch in so fast even I was amazed.

How do you guys play it off when you're on a date with your provider friend and you need to pop your meds real quick.
